Our Commitment to People and the Planet
Sustainability is a major concern of EVP Group, and we are continuously advancing our efforts in this area. We are dedicated to combining ecological and social responsibility with economic success, aligning with the growing demands of our time and the objectives of the European Green Deal. Even though the start of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) has been postponed, we are working to create transparent data inspired by the CSRD to publish a sustainability report and fulfil our responsibility to society and our stakeholders.

As a company, we are aware of our responsibility to protect the environment and are committed to making a meaningful contribution. We continuously optimize our activities across the entire value chain, prioritizing resource-efficient processes and sustainable solutions. In alignment with the European Green Deal, we actively work to meet key requirements supporting the transition to a more sustainable economy. These include compliance with the European Union Deforestation Regulation (EUDR), the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM), and the Packaging Directive.
We are dedicated to ensuring transparency throughout our supply chains, prioritizing products free from deforestation risks and carefully considering the carbon footprint of our processes and products. Our goal is to implement energy-efficient, low-emission solutions while minimizing resource consumption across the value chain. We believe in an iterative approach that addresses both current challenges and enables sustainable, long-term progress.

ISO 14001 – Environmental Management System
We are dedicated to utilizing natural resources efficiently, ensuring their environmentally friendly disposal, and minimizing greenhouse gas emissions. Our ISO 14001 certification reflects our strong commitment to environmental protection and the responsible management of resources. Our business unit Korott holds the ISO 14001 certification.

Sedex – Sustainable business and supply chain solutions
As ethical conduct, responsible behavior, and a safe working environment are core values for us, we proudly maintain membership with Sedex. This organization helps businesses foster ethical supply chains while ensuring environmental sustainability for future generations. Our two business units Korott and Innopharma hold the SMETA certification.
Bio-Certification according to EU-ÖKO-VO 2018/848
The Bio-Certification according to EU-ÖKO-VO 2018/848 guarantees that raw materials and production processes meet high sustainability and quality standards, prohibiting synthetic pesticides, GMOs, and artificial additives. This certification supports environmental protection, promotes transparency, and allows certified producers to label their products as organic, reinforcing consumer trust and market credibility. Our business units Korott and Euro Vital Pharma hold the Bio-Certification for the natural and clean label product lines.
Marine Stewardship Council (MSC)
Chain of Custody Certificate
The MSC (Marine Stewardship Council) certification ensures that fish and seafood is sustainably sourced, verified, and wild-caught. It promotes responsible fishing practices through its Fisheries and Chain of Custody Standards, helping to protect marine ecosystems and ensure the long-term health of fish populations. The MSC blue fish label allows consumers to easily identify whether fish and seafood meets these sustainability standards, supporting a more sustainable seafood market worldwide. Our business unit Korott holds the MSC certification.
SGS-RSPO – Certified Sustainable Palm Oil
The RSPO (Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil) certification is an internationally recognized standard for assuring sustainable production of palm oil and palm kernel oil across the supply chain. It guarantees that RSPO-certified members meet sustainability requirements, allowing them to claim and communicate their certification status throughout the supply chain. Our business unit Innopharma produces vitamins, minerals and food supplements using RSPO certified Palm Oil derivates, under MB module.
