Who can partner with you?
We work with retailers, pharmacy wholesalers and pharmacy chains, healthcare brands, distributors and (online) businesses looking to develop high-quality, market-ready products.
Do you have a catalogue of ready-to-sell formulas?
Yes, we have an extensive catalogue of ready-to-market formulas covering all categories of healthcare, allowing you to launch a product to the market in a short time. As we have several hundred fully developed products in total, a catalogue can only ever show a section of our portfolio – if you don’t find what you are looking for, we will be happy to find a solution for you. Do you have a price list for your products?
No, we don’t have a standard price list as there are many variables that influence the cost of a product. It depends on the kind of product solution you need, if you choose a finished product or require more customization and also on the type of packaging you prefer. It is best to contact us and request prices individually. (Please limit your requests to a maximum of 3-5 items)
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQs vary greatly depending on which category, dosage form and packaging solution you are interested in. For effervescent tablets our MOQ starts normally at approx. 10.000, for other dosage forms it can be somewhat lower but also clearly higher.

How long are your Lead Times? How long does it take to develop a project?
Our lead times for existing products vary between 12 and 25 months from receipt of the print data, depending on the product and packaging. The lead times for new product development according to your wishes naturally depend on the type and complexity of the product.

What is the difference between Private Label and CDMO?
Our Private Label service empowers you to easily expand your product portfolio in the categories of food supplements, sports nutrition and weight management as well as cosmetics, medical devices and pharmaceuticals. Whether you are developing a new product or leveraging our extensive range of ready-to-sell solutions, we provide expert support at every step of the journey and are your long-term strategic partner from idea to implementation.
When you choose us as your CDMO, you benefit from our technical implementation expertise. You can rely on our professional R&D, production and packaging solutions, which we tailor to your specific product requirements or existing formulations to ensure precise implementation at the highest quality and efficiency. At our state-of-the-art facilities in Spain (Korott) and Slovakia (Innopharma), we have combined experience of over 45 years in Contract Development and Manufacturing services.
How do you ensure product quality?
From raw materials to completed products, our product testing and quality management processes are rigorous and follow the highest standards. We are regularly audited by independent bodies and are certified many times (GMP, IFS, BRC and special category and ESG-related certificates).

Do you offer design and artwork preparation services?
Within the EU, we can advise you on all current regulatory requirements including claims. We support you in the process of technical, but not creative, packaging design that is necessary to succeed in this dynamic market segment. And last but not least we naturally take care of the on-time production.
Do customized formulas come with exclusivity?
Yes, exclusivity can be granted by arrangement for formulas developed and paid for by the customer.
Do you sell pharmaceuticals outside Germany?
No, pharmaceuticals are exclusively available within Germany.
Do you sell medical devices outside Germany and the EU?
You can market our medical devices anywhere in the EU as a co-distributor – we support you in all regulatory matters and ensure that our products comply with all relevant regulations. Outside the EU, it depends on the individual case whether we can register the products (and in which category) – we would have to check this together with you.
