In the summer of 2023, two exceptional executives, Dr. Christian Zischek and Johannes Langwieder, took on key leadership roles as CEO/CMO and CFO, respectively. With their diverse backgrounds, exceptional expertise, and unwavering dedication, they are steering our organization toward a future defined by innovation, strategic growth, and excellence in every aspect of our business.
Dr. Christian Zischek
Chief Executive Officer & Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Christian Zischek brings a unique professional background in medicine and business to his professional endeavors and a major passion for both areas. Starting his career as a trained physician, he developed a deep understanding of healthcare before transitioning into management consulting. To further enhance his business acumen, he earned an MBA from INSEAD, laying the foundation for a successful career in the healthcare industry.
Over the past decade, Dr. Christian Zischek has held key leadership positions in renowned organizations such as Aenova, Fidelio Healthcare, and Atos Medical. His experience spans critical areas, including mergers and integrations, where he has played a pivotal role in driving successful outcomes.
Johannes Langwieder
Chief Financial Officer & Chief Operating Officer
Johannes Langwieder brings a diverse and successful professional background to his work. He began his academic journey in engineering, earning degrees in Mechanical Engineering from TU Munich and the University of Texas at Austin in the United States. In addition, he pursued studies in Business Administration at the Distance Learning University of Hagen, equipping him with a robust blend of technical expertise and business acumen. Johannes Langwieder gained extensive experience in management and strategy consulting during his time at Roland Berger before transitioning into operational leadership roles.
Over the years, he has held key executive positions, including Managing Director, COO, CFO, and Chief Integration Officer, across a broad range of industries. Notably, he has been actively involved in eight merger and integration projects, successfully leading six of them. For the past 12 years, Johannes Langwieder has lived and worked abroad, spending five years in Switzerland followed by seven years in the United States, before returning to Germany.
